Public Affairs Manager Receives Punishment

Biloxi Public Affairs Manager Vincent Creel will pay a fine and be required to take classes... after pleading no contest to a DUI charge. Biloxi police pulled Creel over around 5:00 A.M. Sunday. He was driving a city vehicle, and he refused a breathalyzer test.

Creel's fine is 1,327 dollars. In addition, his city vehicle has been taken from him indefinetely and he will be suspended from his job for 10 days. Five days will be unpaid and he will take five vacation days. The city is also requiring Creel to take alcohol assessment classes.
