OSCEOLA COUNTY, FL (CNN) - Lucky to be alive is an understatement.

Surveillance video captured a truly terrifying moment that could have so easily turned tragic. It shows a car slamming into a Florida turnpike toll plaza.

Somehow, everyone survived.

In the stunning video from June 3, a car struck a barrier and caught fire. A passenger was ejected and landed near another toll booth.

The crash caught the toll booth workers by surprise and about 20 seconds passed before anyone appeared to notice someone was ejected.

All five people that were in the car, including the person who was ejected, were treated and released from the hospital.

A trooper wrote in the police report that the driver appeared to be fatigued.
