(WVUE) -

With a dominating 33-point performance in game two, it's official, Jrue Holiday's stolen the show, while the Pelicans are now just two games away from pulling off the upset and stealing the series.

"Honestly, just really excited. Really excited to be in the playoffs," said Pels guard Jrue Holiday. "Really excited of what our team has accomplished together through the adversity, through the season, through everything. Just to be able to be here, I really feel as a team that we appreciate that."

Still, there's no celebrating just yet. Both games could have been close and gone either way in the final minutes. The Pelicans know they can't take their foot off the gas.

"We can't celebrate anything. We're not doing anything. We've got two wins. We've got to come up with two more. That was our message to the team, and that was their message to each other, that we haven't done anything yet. We've got two wins, and we've got to find a way to get two more," said Pelicans Head Coach Alvin Gentry.

Coach Gentry went on to say that he looks forward to a monster crowd in the Smoothie King Center on Thursday. Because no one deserves this success more than the Pelicans fans, that have been so patient throughout the last few years. Now, those fans can play a pivotal role as the Pelicans return home and go for the sweep.
