For starters, cook your portabella mushroom in a skillet with a little butter added. Now it's time to make the sauces.
Smoked Gouda Cheese Sauce
- 1 cup gouda cheese, chopped
- 2 cups heavy cream
Mix the cheese and cream together in a sauce pan on low heat until the cheese is melted.
Peco De Gallo
- 2 cups chopped tomato
- 1 cup purple onion, chopped
- 1 Jalapeno, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup Zig Zang Bloody Mary Mix
Mix everything together and wah-la you have peco de gallo sauce!
