Grilled Portabella Mushrooms With Peco De Gallo & Cheese Sauce

For starters, cook your portabella mushroom in a skillet with a little butter added. Now it's time to make the sauces.

Smoked Gouda Cheese Sauce

  • 1 cup gouda cheese, chopped
  • 2 cups heavy cream

Mix the cheese and cream together in a sauce pan on low heat until the cheese is melted.

Peco De Gallo

  • 2 cups chopped tomato
  • 1 cup purple onion, chopped
  • 1 Jalapeno, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Zig Zang Bloody Mary Mix

Mix everything together and wah-la you have peco de gallo sauce!

After you have made the sauces, place the mushroom on a plate. Add crab meat on top of the mushroom. Pour the cheese sauce over the mushroom And then add a spoonful of Peco De Gallo sauce on top. Now you have a nice dish that is sure to please everyone.
