Woman leaves Harrison County jail then disappears

GULFPORT, MS (WLOX) -

Natalya Dlugolecki got booked into the Harrison County jail on March 25. The jail docket says she was linked to a receiving stolen property case. On June 19, she went to court. A day later, the docket says she got released from the Harrison County jail. Gulfport police say Dlugolecki hasn't been seen since.

Police now call Dlugolecki a missing person. They've asked for assistance trying to find the 28-year-old woman.

Police believe Dlugolecki walked out of the Harrison County Adult Detention Center around 9:30 p.m. She 5'2" tall and weighs about 120 pounds. Dlugolecki has tattoos on her arms, a nose piercing and a tattoo on her chest.

A police spokesman says Dlugolecki has a history of substance abuse. They have no idea if her disappearance has anything to do with that. Typically, the woman stays in contact with her mother. But, police say Dlugolecki's mom hasn't heard from the missing woman since June 20.
