BILOXI, MS (WLOX) -

The City of Biloxi is suing Overtime Sports for more than $50,000.

In March, both parties reportedly agreed Overtime would pay Biloxi $2.50 per ticket sold for Conference USA games played at MGM Park this year.

The lawsuit is seeking $53,167.50, saying Overtime did not pay the city for any of the 21,627 tickets sold during the C-USA tournament.

According to the contract, Overtime Sports had five business days after the event to pay the city.

Court documents we obtained say the city is also requesting Overtime pay attorney fees.

At 7:30 Wednesday morning, Ocean Springs city workers stepped up to the city hall flag pole. They hooked Mississippi's state flag underneath the American flag, and they raised both flags over the city hall grounds. And just like that, five days of debate over whether the state flag should fly in Ocean Springs temporarily came to an end.
