2 charged in Biloxi break in

BILOXI, MS (WLOX) -

Two men are behind bars after Biloxi police answered a call about a home burglary Sunday.

Police said a witness reported seeing a man break into a home in the 800 block of Cedar Lake Rd. The suspect was still inside when police arrived.

Lt. Chris DeBack said officers were able to safely talk Hoyt Loposser out of the house. Loposser is charged with burglary of a residence.

After further investigation, Bryan Cruse was also developed as a suspect in the break in. He was arrested without incident at his home and charged with burglary of a residence.

Loposser and Cruse were booked into the Harrison County Adult Detention Center. Loposser’s bond was set at $25,000, and Cruse’s was set at $10,000.
