For the second straight year, kids from all over the coast were presented with the opportunity to train alongside members of the “Who Dat" nation.

Gage Anderson, 9, has some big aspirations for what he wants to be when he grows up.

"I want to be a professional soccer player or professional football player," said Gage.

To help make his dreams come true, Gage’s father, Danny, brought him to MGM Park for a one-day training camp with his favorite team, the New Orleans Saints.

"We didn't get to come last year, and my little boy loves football and the Saints, and we love the Saints. So, we just wanted to come out and enjoy it," said Danny.

For the Andersons, being a Saints fan is somewhat a tradition that goes back decades.

"My folks would take me to Saints training camp when I was little, and I always loved it, but there was never anything here locally," Danny recalled.

Now, he'll be able to continue that tradition with his son right here on the Gulf Coast.

"It's the New Orleans Saints, but yes, it could very well be the Gulf Coast Saints. We love our fans throughout the region," said Saints Kids Experience coach and youth program director Jason Trosclair

Trosclair says it's a pleasure to be working with kids like Gage to help make dreams reality.

"Kids are our future. We want to make sure they're staying fit 60 minutes a day and then everything we do, education is the focus all the time," Trosclair said.

Proceeds will go toward finding the Saints Hall of Fame a new permanent home. The original hall of fame was destroyed during Hurricane Katrina.
