Overturned grinder causing delays on Seaway Road

GULFPORT, MS (WLOX) -

A piece of overturned road equipment caused some traffic delays in Seaway Road Monday around 1pm.

A grinder, which is normally used to remove blacktop road surface before replacing it, overturned from a lowboy trailer heading west on Seaway Road.

Wreckers were called in to remove the equipment from the roadway. Traffic was down to one lane in each direction.
