On Tuesday for the third time this year, poll workers across South Mississippi will get up early. They will arrive at their designated assignments. They will be ready to check voter lists.
For 12 hours, or longer they will make sure that every single registered voter who wants to vote in municipal elections, gets that opportunity. At the end of the day, they will count every vote, tally, consolidate and publish the results of the very latest free elections in Mississippi.
This process will go on in voting precincts across Mississippi making it pretty easy to vote.
Will you be among those who participate in the decisions being made about who will lead our cities? Or will you leave those voting decisions to others? It's your choice.
That's our opinion, we would like to hear yours. Email your thoughts to email@example.com.
