Mississippi Gulf Resort Classic tees off Friday

SAUCIER, MS (WLOX) -

Some of the top senior golfers in the world will tee it up Friday for the first round of the 2017 Mississippi Gulf Resort Classic at Fallen Oak Golf Club.

This year’s field includes five past MGRC champions and several major champions.

The tournament, in its eighth year, is a three-day, 54-hole competition with no cut. The winner will take home $240,000.
