ROCHESTER, MA (CNN) - As a winter storm approached, Old Colony Superintendent Aaron Polansky decided to cancel school, but he did it with style.

Polansky informed students to the tune of HallelujahBon Jovi's cover of a Leonard Cohen song.

"I heard there was a winter storm. In southern mass, there's snow in store," he sang. "I guess that we should probably cancel school-ya"

The chorus was rounded out with some Old Colony students. After all, school cancellations often are music to students' ears.
