BILOXI, MS (WLOX) - The City of Biloxi has reached an agreement with the Biloxi Shuckers and Overtime Sports Management about the use of MGM Park.

The city initially filed a lawsuit against OSM and the Shuckers to provide records of ticket sales and advertising revenue in an attempt to determine rent and revenue owed to Biloxi.

However, Biloxi City Council recently unanimously voted to approve terms with OSM. They will pursue a similar resolution with the Shuckers in the next meeting.

The following terms were stated in part on the city's website:

"Under terms of the agreement between the city and Overtime Sports, the management firm will pay the city a larger share of ticket revenue from the Conference USA baseball tournament, and will increase the city's per-ticket revenue from other events until $23,000 in past due payments are brought current. The city will also receive a share of revenue from ads on the video screen outside the park at U.S. 90. This video screen is operated by Overtime Sports.
