BILOXI, MS (WLOX) -

Tuesday's fatal bus/train collision is not the first time a vehicle has been hit at the Main Street crossing in Biloxi. Just two months earlier, a Pepsi delivery truck was stuck on those same tracks and hit by a CSX train. No one was injured in that crash. The driver was able to get out, and even tried to flag down the oncoming train.

Brian Dykes with the Biloxi Police Department told WLOX News Now in January, "You simply got to pay attention to those crossing grade signs where it tells you not to cross if you got a larger vehicle. There are several times when we've had limousines stuck on these tracks at these types of grades."

The driver of the Pepsi truck had worked for the company for four years, and never had a problem with the Main Street crossing before that day's accident.

It's still unclear if the tour bus in Tuesday's accident was stuck on the tracks at the time of the accident. Three people on board the bus died. Officials said everyone on board was injured in some way.
