GULFPORT, MS (WLOX) -

The owner of several of South Mississippi's McDonald's is now offering a cash reward after a recent armed robbery at one of the Gulfport locations.

Two suspects robbed the fast-food restaurant on Courthouse Road at gunpoint on Jan. 29. Owner Jeff Descher is now offering $500 for information that will lead to their arrests. In a Facebook post, Descher said the pair "need to be in prison and sometimes money talks."

Police say they believe it was two masked men who walked into the McDonald's with guns, ordering everyone to the back of the restaurant. The robbers got away with an undisclosed amount of money. Fortunately, no one was hurt during the incident.

Anyone with information on this robbery is asked to contact Gulfport Police at 228-868-5959
