BILOXI, MS (WLOX) - Biloxi police have solved four vehicle burglary cases after a two-month investigation. Officials said surveillance video from several people in the area helped identify the man responsible.
Sgt. O'Neil Adams said Anthony Norwood, Jr., 43, is charged with burglarizing vehicles in East Biloxi.
Adams said Norwood broke windows to get inside the vehicles, and he stole items like loose change, electronics, and purses.
He was arrested Monday, but investigators are still working to recover the stolen property. He is being held at the Harrison County jail without bond because he was out on bond for a previous felony charge.
According to the Harrison County jail docket, Norwood was arrested on Feb. 25, 2016 and charged with sale of a controlled substance. He has been indicted on that charge.
