First Lady Visits Coast Classrooms

The students at Reeves Elementary School in Long Beach had a special lunch guest on Thursday.

First Lady Melanie Musgrove stopped by to eat with the class representatives of the school's United Nations panel. The students selected an ambassador from their class, and throughout the year they studied the United Nations.

There were no special meals for the first lady. She ate hamburgers and french fries just like everyone else.

Earlier Thursday, Mrs. Musgrove visited Quarles and McCaughan Elementary schools.
