BAY ST. LOUIS, MS (WLOX) -

Following a June 14 robbery at a Bay St. Louis gas station, police now say two of the five suspects, who are also wanted in connection with crimes in a different state, are now in custody.

Police say 18-year-old Hunter Lafoe and 36-year-old Michelle Gagne were arrested Friday afternoon following a robbery in Pensacola.

Two juveniles and 40-year-old Ryan Cheney remain at large, and are believed to be armed and dangerous. All are wanted by the Bay St. Louis Police Department on armed robbery charges.

According to Bay St. Louis Police Chief Mike Denardo, a white, U-Haul Ford transit 250 was stopped in Gautier the morning of the robbery. Although the people in the vehicle were identified at the time of the stop, police where not aware of the prior incident.

After following additional leads, police were able to identify where the vehicle was rented from and who it was rented to. At that time, police learned the people in the truck were from the New Hampshire area, and wanted for questioning for 'criminal activity in the New Hampshire area.'

Working together, the Bay St. Louis Police and Tilton Police departments were able to use identifying information from the robbery victims, and police who came in contact with the suspects, to connect them to the crime.

The white, Ford U-Haul Transit 250 has several graphics on it, and Arizona license plate number AG90808.

Anyone with information about the suspects or the vehicle is asked to contact The Bay St Louis Police Dept at 228-467-9222, the U.S. Marshall Service at 601-608-6800, Mississippi Coast Crime Stoppers at 877-787-5898, or a local law enforcement agency.
