Holloway And Gilich Win Party Nominations For Biloxi Mayor's Race

Incumbent Mayor of Biloxi A.J. Holloway beat state representative Michael Janus by a large margin in the republican mayoral primary in Biloxi.

Holloway is counting on the work he's done as mayor to win him votes in the general election.

"I'm running on my record, the accomplished record that I have, that I've done over the last years that I've been mayor and the things that we have going now. We have several big projects underway that I want to continue to improve on and see them to fruition," Holloway said.

Andrew "FoFo" Gilich won the democratic nomination by a landslide. Gilich and Holloway will face off in the June 5 general election along with independent candidate Jerry Sumrall.
