GULFPORT, MS (WLOX) - According to defense attorney Michael Crosby, a grand jury has refused to indict three Gulfport family members charged with two counts of felony child abuse each.
Police went to a home on Hardy Ave. On Jan. 28, 2015 to serve 35-year-old Patrick Aaron Braddock with an arrest warrant. When they arrived, two small children were found locked in cages. Patrick was arrested at the scene for the initial warrant.
On Feb. 3, 2015, Braddock's 26-year-old wife and 60-year-old Pamela Diane Davis, who is the grandmother of the children, were arrested.
Crosby says the case is now in sessions in lower court to be handled as a misdemeanor.
