SAUCIER, MS (WLOX) -

A Saucier burglary suspect was taken into custody with the help of a four-legged law enforcer over the Memorial Day weekend.

Daniel Reagan, 38, is accused of burglarizing a trailer on McGuire Dr. Saturday morning.

Sheriff Troy Peterson said the witness who called authorities to the scene told deputies she saw Reagan walking around her property and breaking into a trailer.

Peterson said Reagan was arrested in the woods behind the residence with the help of a K9 deputy. He was treated for a bite at Memorial Hospital before he was released to deputies.

Reagan is charged with burglary of a residence. He is being held at the Harrison County jail on a $25,000 bond.
