OCEAN SPRINGS, MS (WLOX) - A dolphin is showing signs of distress after being trapped in a bayou for two weeks.

According to Dr. Moby Solangi with The Institute for Marine Mammal Studies, the dolphin is stranded in Simmons Bayou in Ocean Springs.

The dolphin, who appears unable to get out of the bayou, is in serious condition and has severe skin problems due to the freshwater.
