BILOXI, MS (WLOX) -

The Ohr-O'Keefe Museum of Art is seeking volunteers for its upcoming multi-media baseball exhibit.

"Our Love Affair with Baseball," which spotlights Biloxi's and the Gulf Coast's long relationship with amateur and Major League Baseball, will be open May 10 through November 4.

The museum is hoping to have 60 volunteers to serve as greeters in the galleries, providing visitors information on the exhibit and the community itself.

The museum expects 50,000 people to see the exhibit over its six-month run.

Volunteers, who will be briefed on the exhibit, must be dependable, punctual and possess good customer skills.

You don't even have to really know anything about baseball. We just want you to come in, talk to people about what's going on and engage with them, friendly people," said Ohr O'Keefe staff member Rhea Miner.

Volunteers must be at least 16 years old.

Those interested should call the Ohr-O'Keefe at (228) 374-5547 or by email at curator@georgeohr.org.
