BILOXI, MS (WLOX) -

Two baby great horned owls were placed in a special built nest at Beauvoir Wednesday afternoon.

Wild At Heart Rescue responded to the call when one of the owls fell out of its nest at the rear of Beauvoir's property. Missy Dubuisson used the opportunity to rescue two baby owls.

Her group was caring for another owl from elsewhere, which was blown out of its nest in the recent storm.

After workers built a makeshift nest of wood, she lined it with twigs and leaves. The nest was then attached to the tree about 12 feet high, below the existing owl's nest a bit higher in the tree.

Steve Phillips was there when both baby owls were placed in the nest. Watch what happened on WLOX News Now at 6 p.m.
