LONG BEACH, MS (WLOX) -

A traveling exhibit documenting the Selma march in Alabama has stopped in South Mississippi.

"I'm Walkin' for my Freedom: The Selma March and Voting Rights" is now on display at the Gail Keenan Art Center in Long Beach until Mar. 24. On Thursday, the man who took the photos in 1965 shared his experience with students from three schools.

Tonight at 10, Matt Heron explains the stories behind each photo and how the 50 mile march changed civil rights history.
