PASS CHRISTIAN, MS (WLOX) - There will be more parking available for patrons planning to attend the St. Paul's Carnival Association's Mardi Gras parade.
The Pass Christian Harbor will open up its east parking lot with hundreds of paid spots.
RVs will be charged $20 per day, and can start arriving the day before the parade. Those driving cars will be charged $10 a day, and can begin arriving the morning of the parade.
The parade is scheduled for Feb. 7, and the harbor master says there will be no water or electrical hook ups for RVs.
The money made from patron parking will be used to relocate a pump out station to a more convenient spot for boaters.
