OCEAN SPRINGS, MS (WLOX) - After an Ocean Springs pizza chain was burglarized, police are asking for the public's help in locating one of the suspects.

According to police, surveillance footage at Papa Johns Pizza located at 2996 Bienville Blvd showed a man entering the business with a key, and appearing to open the safe with the combination. It happened sometime in the early morning hours of Jan. 21.

Upon investigation, officials were able to identify the suspect as 45-year-old Chad Michael Brewster. Investigators then learned that Brewster was an associate of former Papa John's employee Bradley Paul Randle Cherry, who was terminated earlier in the month of January.

Police found Cherry staying at a nearby Studio 6 Motel and brought him to the Ocean Springs precinct for questions. Once there, Cherry admitted that he and Brewster talked about burglarizing the business. Cherry was then arrested and charged with commercial burglary and given a bond of $20,000. He currently remains in the City of Ocean Springs jail.

Police have not located Brewster, who has a warrant for his arrest for commercial burglary. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact OSPD at 228-875-2211 or Mississippi Coast Crime Stoppers at 877-787-5898.
