Ocean Springs football fans appreciated the kicking talents of Brad Wall.
The 5-8, 170 pound senior has a powerful leg. In 2015 48 of his 54 kickoffs landed in the end zone for touch backs. Clemson could have used him on Monday night.
Despite his success on kickoffs...he hasn't received an official football scholarship offer.
Wall said, "I've got a few JUCO offers and Mississippi College. going up there hopefully on January 16, look up there, see what they have to offer."
Wall consistently delivered when Greyhounds head coach Ryan Ross needed him to kick a field goal. Brad connected on 9 of 13 attempts this past season, with his longest sailing 51 yards. As a junior, Wall drilled 7 field goals, including a 53 yard strike. No one can question his dedication.
"I'm a hard worker man, "stated Wall. "Up here every Sunday, just about. Going to camps all throughout the summer, trying to get ready. Working out with my weights, kicking, running, just doing about everything I can to do the best for my team."
Wall connected on 39 of 40 point after touchdown attempts and also served as the Greyhounds punter. If he doesn't receive a scholarship offer....he'll take his kicking talents to Starkville.
"Hopefully plan on walking on at Mississippi State, "said Wall. "Hope I can help them a little bit."
Wall continues to get in his kicks, while preparing for the baseball season. He carried a 2.80 earned run on the mound for the Greyhounds last season.
Besides his success in the field of competition, Wall excels in the classroom with a 3.9 grade point average and scored a 27 on his ACT.
