Ken Flanagan

Ken Flanagan has been the host of WLOX LawCall since the show began airing in 2010.  He has taken more than 1,000 questions on air from viewers with legal issues.

Ken comes from a broadcast background. He worked his way through college as a sports reporter and graduated from the University of South Alabama with a degree in Communications. Ken worked as a broadcast journalist for WPMI, WDAM and, of course, WLOX.

Ken has been the Public Information Officer for seven declared local States of Emergency and cites Hurricane Katrina's aftermath as his most challenging and rewarding work. He now works as a full time public relations and communications manager in South Mississippi

Ken has won two awards from the Mississippi Associated Press and numerous awards from the Public Relations Association of Mississippi. He and his wife are youth directors at their church and very involved in the local community through the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, and the United Way.
