The spa was officially shut down the following day, Nov. 20.

On the last day of November, the court granted an extension to the closure and ordered that the locks be changed. Any individual living at the spa is permitted to gather belongs with an escort from a commissioned law enforcement officer, or a court appointed party, however, the items must be documented and returned to the court.

The document also states that no one, including spa owners Hana Sanghee Bergeson and Yeon Sook Hwang, is allowed to be on the property for any reason except as allowed by court order. Anyone found loitering on the property located at 6819 Washington Ave. will be arrested.
