Incumbent wins George County supervisor special election

GEORGE COUNTY, MS (WLOX) -

A winner has been declared in Tuesday's special election for a George County supervisor's position.

Incumbent Fred Croom won the election with 678 votes. That's about 55 percent of the votes. Croom beat Bruce Eubanks who received 544 votes.

In the primary election, just one vote separated the two Republican candidates for the district one supervisor seat.
