BILOXI, MS (WLOX) -

Biloxi Police Department has arrested one of the men believed to be involved in credit card fraud earlier this month, but one man is still on the run.

Matthew Ross Grayson, 21, was arrested on Friday after seeing himself on the news. He turned himself in to authorities and was charged with felony credit card fraud. He is being held on a $10,000 bond. If convicted, he faces up to a $1,000 fine and three years in prison.

A second man is still wanted in connection with the investigation. He is a white male with large "gauge" earrings, red hair, and sideburns. Police think he may have fled the state and could be traveling in a light-colored Ford Explorer.

This story will continue to be updated as more information on either suspect becomes available.

Anyone with information on this investigation should contact Investigator William Newell with the Biloxi Police Department at (228) 702-1276 or wnewell@biloxi.ms.us.
