Shrimp & Crawfish Creole

Yields 1 pot at Pan Roast Station, which means one serving. If you'd like to make enough for the whole family, just add enough ingredients so that everyone can be included.

  • 2 tbs butter
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. seafood base
  • white onions and bell pepper (1/4 cup mixed together)
  • Stir fry vegetables (1/4 cup)
  • Maranara Sauce
  • Shrimp - 1/2 cup
  • crawfish - 1/2 cup
  • Tabasco sauce
  • Crab Boil
  • Green Onions for garnish
  • Okra, frozen and cut

Heat butter in skillet. Add garlic, and shrimp. Cook the shrimp until well done (this might take 8-10 minutes. Add onions and bell pepper, and stir fry vegetables. Add a few splashes of Tabasco sauce, seafood base, and crab boil. Cook for a few minutes and add crawfish, and okra. Finish cooking until heated. Wah-lah! You have dinner.
