Hannah Brewer is getting a lot of congratulations from students and teachers at Vancleave High School on Monday.
Hannah, who has Down syndrome, was chosen homecoming queen during Friday night's football game. She says she's always dreamed of being crowned queen.
The majority of the student body voted for Brewer, and say she's a very friendly person who deserved the honor.
October is Down Syndrome Awareness month.
