BILOXI, MS (WLOX) -

Several calls were made to the Biloxi Police Department early Wednesday morning about a woman screaming for help. That's when police responded to the scene near the 1600 block of Beach Boulevard.

Upon arrival, police report they found a woman with multiple injuries to her neck, arms, hands and face. Officers said she told them Jeremie Roberson, 28, of Biloxi, choked her after she refused to leave with him.

Roberson was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic assault. Police said Roberson was currently out of jail on bond in connection to a felony arrest in September in Pascagoula. He's currently being held at the Harrison County Adult Detention Center with no bond.
