Police: Angry customer fired several shots at Gulfport gas station

GULFPORT, MS (WLOX) -

Gulfport police are looking for a suspect who fired several shots at the Kangaroo Express gas station on Highway 49 near the Lyman Community Center early Friday morning, shortly before 4:30 a.m.

Department spokesman Sgt. Damon McDaniel said a customer at the business became belligerent for an unknown reason, before firing several shots into the glass in the front of the building and fleeing the scene in a dark colored GMC Yukon Denali.

The suspect is described as a male between the ages of 50 - 60 years old, white hair and was last seen wearing a turquoise shirt and blue jeans.
