POPLARVILLE, MS (WLOX) - A Poplarville man has been indicted on three counts of embezzlement by a Pearl River County Grand Jury.
Paul Bradley Holliday, 47, turned himself in to Pearl River County authorities on Wednesday following an investigation by the Attorney General's Public Integrity Division. Holliday is accused of embezzling approximately $268, 965.97 from 2006 - 2009 while employed with a Poplarville construction company.
If convicted, Holliday faces up to 20 years in prison and a $25,000 fine for counts one and two, and up to five years and $5,000 on the third count.
Special Assistant Attorney General Larry Baker of the Mississippi Attorney General's Insurance Integrity Unit will prosecute the case.
