This month a group of people who might typically be driving or riding in cars on Mississippi roadways, will not. These people also will not be at home. They will not be at work, nor on vacation. They will not be at school. They will not be visiting family. They will not be visiting friends. Nor will be they be at a football game or just hanging out.
What is this group? It is 65 people who died in auto accidents last October, making it the deadliest month on the state's roads.
Like the Highway Patrol says: Pay Attention. We want you to be able to do all the things those 65 people killed last October can never experience again. That's our opinion, we would like to hear yours. Email your thoughts to email@example.com.
