Arcia, the Milwaukee Brewers Minor League Player of the Year, made play after play at shortstop and had a fielding percentage of .978. He led the Southern League in total chances (585), putouts (196), assists (376) and double plays (82).
The Anaco, Venezuela native committed just 23 errors over 123 games, ranking second among qualifying Southern League shortstops.
