BILOXI, MS (WLOX) -

A Biloxi man is now charged with auto burglary after police report he was found inside the IP Casino Resort and Spa with a hammer and stolen property.

Investigators said the arrest stems from a report of an auto burglary that happened in the casino's parking garage Tuesday night. Police said a window was shattered out.

After reviewing surveillance footage, investigators were able to identify Joseph Jordan, 45, as the suspect. According to a press release, Jordan was located inside the casino with some of the property stolen from the vehicle.

He was arrested and his bond was set at $25,000. Jordan was then processed and transported to the Harrison County Jail pending an initial appearance.
