Pound chicken breast just enough to make an even thickness. Preheat frying pan with vegetable oil. Quickly brown the chicken breasts in the oil. Lightly warm the pasta sauce. When ready to serve, with the pasta sauce in a deep bowl, dip each cooked breast in the sauce, then coat with bread crumbs seasoned with salt and pepper, Italian seasoning, and parsley. To serve place a chicken breast on top the pasta, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Remaining sauce can be served on the side if desired.
