BILOXI, MS (WLOX) - Heads up for drivers on Pass Road in Biloxi. Work is underway to replace drainage boxes between Eisenhower and West Drives. On Tuesday Creel said this work will help improve drainage and prevent potholes.
If you drove down Pass Road last week than you noticed the barricades lining the roadway. Biloxi City spokesman Vincent Creel said barricades were put up early to get drivers accustomed to the lane changes and keep workers safe.
Creel said work is expected to last about 60 days with a completion date set for sometime in mid-November.
The cost for the project is $300,000.
Drivers are asked to use caution in this area.
