WATCH NOW ON GMM: One person dead in overnight accident; Another hot day in South Mississippi with temperatures in the mid 90's

A Slidell woman is dead after being killed in an overnight car wreck in Hancock County. Authorities say the woman was attempting to cross Highway 90 from Lakeshore Road when a car headed West bound on Highway 90 struck her vehicle.

    The Department of Marine Resources is expecting a big turnout on the water for those wanting to watch the Blue Angels this week in Biloxi. The air show is Saturday and Sunday, but the practice rounds take place Thursday and Friday.
