Three Arrested In Drive-By Shooting

The Jackson County Sheriff's department is investigating a drive by shooting.

The shooting occurred early Tuesday morning at the home on 7501 Colonial Court in West Jackson County. People were at home during at the time of the shooting but no one was hurt despite several windows being shot out.

The sheriff's department does have three suspects in custody along with the .22 caliber rifle they believe was used.

Eighteen-year-old Jonathan Jordan and 17-year-old Wayne Hood have been arrested. Jordan is facing the most serious charges of shooting into a dwelling. Hood was arrested on conspiring to shot into the house. The third suspect is a juvenile and the name can not be released.

All three suspects are being held in custody until their initial court appearance.
