Police: Biloxi man arrested for drugs, violating murder parole

BILOXI, MS (WLOX) - The Harrison County Sheriff's Office has charged a 55-year-old Biloxi, Mississippi man with three counts of the sale of a controlled substance, and one count of violating parole.

According to Harrison County Sheriff Melvin Brisolara, Tyrese Jerome Earnest was arrested near Mirimar Avenue and U.S. Highway 90 in Biloxi on Thursday, a location where the suspect has previously sold 'controlled scheduled medications' to an undercover investigator.

Earnest was booked into the HCSO Adult Detention Center and held on a $30,000 bond for the three controlled substance charges. The suspect was held with no bond through the Mississippi Department of Corrections for the parole violation of a 1993 Jackson County murder charge.
