WATCH LIVE at 4pm: President Obama speaks about the Gulf Coast's Katrina Recovery

NEW ORLEANS, LA (WLOX) - President Barack Obama is in New Orleans today to take part in events commemorating the 10th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. At 4pm, the president will deliver a speech at a newly opened community center in the Lower 9th Ward, an area of the city still struggling to recover from the deadly storm.

Friday, WLOX will offer a day-long live stream focused on Hurricane Katrina's impact on South Mississippi.
