GULFPORT, MS (WLOX) - A fourth person has been sentenced in a pill mill operation run by Georgia doctor, Dr. Sinjay Sinha.
On Tuesday, Federal Court Judge Sul Ozerden sentenced Locke to nearly three and a half years in jail and three years supervised release. Locke was also ordered to pay an $8,000 fine.
John Mattina and Robert Thornton were sentenced in early August for their participation in the operation.
Dr. Sinha pleaded guilty in June to one count of distributing a controlled substance. Prosecutors dropped 39 other charges against the doctor.
