PASS CHRISTIAN, MS (WLOX) -

A car chase that started in Gulfport ended with a splash at Henderson Point in Pass Christian. Gulfport Police Department spokesman Sgt. Damon McDaniel said the chase started during a narcotics investigation Monday afternoon.

McDaniel said officers and Harrison County Sheriff’s deputies chased the car down Highway 90 into Long Beach and then Pass Christian. The suspect turned the car around near the Bay St. Louis Bridge. The chase ended in the water at Henderson Point shortly after that.

Sheriff Melvin Brisolara said 44-year-old Kimberly Stiglet was driving the car. He said Stiglet is facing traffic-related charges from his department, and she is expected to face more charges from the Gulfport Police Department.
