Additions and upgrades are now in place on every campus in the George County School District. The improvements were paid for by a $7 million bond issue that voters passed in 2013.
Most of the changes can be seen at the high school where there are new computer labs, a new drama and show choir building and welding and construction labs.
The entrances also have new safety features. The seven other campuses also have more secured entrances and structures that tie separate buildings together.
Trang Pham Bui will tell you all about the improvements tonight. Look for her story on WLOX News and WLOX.com.
